If you prefer to keep your primary-care physician, but recognize how much more rigorous and comprehensive the Scienta Health screening is, this will address your needs as no other program can.

You get the Foundation Program, along with any other tests you decide upon, based on our advice. Over a 3-month period following your testing, you have 2 in-depth reviews with your Health Team.

Should your screening indicate a need to see a specialist or undergo further testing, we will arrange this.

We will contact you to set up a repeat annual assessment shortly before your 12-month anniversary.

If you do not have a primary-care physician, or wish to replace one, Scienta Health offers you full-time care throughout the year. You decide the level of access you wish to have from 2 optional plans:

• 10/5 Plan – anytime during business hours, Monday – Friday 0800-1800
• 24/7 Plan - anytime, any day access, along with private phone numbers

Both 10/5 and 24/7 Plans include the following important features:
